SSP TRAINING

SHOOTING, STICK HANDLING & PUCK CONTROL

Technical training in Shooting, Stick Handling and Puck Control focuses on balance, aim, dexterity and precision. Through skill development drills and repetition, SSP programs emphasize technique precision resulting in performance on demand. Skating will get you there, but SSP Training will finish the play. And when combined with Treadmill Training and SAQ Training, an athlete's game is complete.
