OVERVIEW OF PROGRAMS
Over 1200 programs have been scientifically developed to suit and meet the demands of all ages and abilities of players: from learn to skate to the pros. All training sessions include a warm up, treadmill training, SAQ training and SSP training. Players rotate through the Complete Game in groups of 5-6 athletes completing a 90 minute workout.
It is recommended that a minimum of 8 sessions be completed in succession so that optimal physiological and technical adaptation can achieve optimal loading and adaptation. During the off season, treadmill training can dominate your dryland development; during the in season, treadmill training is an effective and efficient training method to supplement on ice development.
